   hello every1!
   Some buddies ask me on what conversion ratio is.
   The meaning of conversion ratio is the number of common shares received at the time of conversion for each convertible security. It is calculated by using this formula:
   The higher the ratio, the higher the number of common shares exchanged per convertible security. The conversion ratio is determined at the time the convertible security is issued and will have an impact on the relative price of the security.

   no matter what you do, don't buy BRL befor January 2010. I read that in all the journals, when the weakening in the medical equipment market are going to affect the industry in Bangkok and awaken the industry.
